    Site Visit & Measurements

    We meet you at the property to walk every square foot. We capture measurements, take dimensions, document existing conditions, photograph what matters, and listen — to what the space needs to become and how you'll actually use it.

    Scope & Vision Alignment

    Before any number gets quoted, we make sure your vision and our scope are exactly aligned. We surface trade-offs early — what's structural, what's cosmetic, what drives cost, what saves time.

    Deposit-Backed Detailed Estimate

    A detailed estimate is real engineering work — measuring, bidding, coordinating with subs, validating material lead times. We collect a deposit to kick this phase off. It funds the work, and it's credited back toward your project when you move forward.

    The deposit ensures we can dedicate estimators, subs, and engineers to your specific project — not generic guesswork.

    Transparent Presentation

    We sit down with you and walk through every line item, every assumption, and every contingency. You see what each phase costs, what each sub is responsible for, and where the risks live. No black boxes.

    Kickoff, Build & Deliver

    Once you sign, we mobilize. You get a dedicated project lead, weekly progress, daily logs, and a single point of contact for the entire build. Change orders are documented, priced, and approved before work — never after.
